I had a great experience with Mann for a tear off and reroof job. The showed up a couple days earlier than estimated after calling to confirm. Started at 8 and were done by 3, taking great care of my property, doing exactly what was specified in the contract and more, looks great, cut grass two days after job and finding no debris - hard to do after a tear off. Respectful crew, will use again.
Mann Roofing helped us completely re-do our detached garage roof, initially done extremely poorly by another contractor. From my first outreach for an estimate all the way to project completion, they were extremely communicative and incredibly friendly. The crew did a fantastic job, worked efficiently, made sure we did a thorough inspection afterwards and cleaned up so well you never knew they were here! I’m so happy we went with Mann, so much so that they are going to do our main home roof next spring 😊 Looking forward to working with them again!

I hired Mann for a full tear off roof replacement on both my older Elmwood Village area roof and garage, as well as the upper porch balcony roof. They did such a phenomenal job from start to finish. I found that their team was highly efficient and well organized, highly skilled craftsman completing the job with excellence, and great value with a fair price for the excellent quality they offer. I’ve already referred Mann Roofing to family and friends and will continue to do so as the years go by. I will also personally hire Mann for any future roofing, siding, or window jobs I may have on any of my properties. Both of my immediate neighbors commented on how great of a company Mann was and how well they left my property and my neighbors properties clean and tidy after the job was complete as full tear off roofs do create a lot of debris and nails. The magnetic device that picked up all the nails was a really great touch also. I’m really happy I went with Mann and I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for roof, gutter, window, or siding work! Mann Roofing and Remodeling Company blew our mind with their honesty and professionalism. From the beginning to the end of the contract they were very communitive with us. They explain every detail concerning the roofing repair. 1. They made our roof repair affordable. 2. They started the job immediately after our down payment were made. 3. When they started the repair they didn't stop until the roofing repair were finish. 4. Their roofing workers were kind and were very eagle to expain any question we may have had. And they were very hard workers. 5. The repair was finish in a timely manner. 6. All debris were removed from the premises immediately after repair were finish. I have never work with a company like this before. They followed thru with every single detail that were written in that contract. I told all of my friends about Mann Roofing and Remodeling company. They have my full recommendation of being an excellent and honest and very fair company to call if you need any type of roofing work done.
EXCELLENT work for a very fair price. The team was very professional & arrived to my home 20 minutes early. The job was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was great. I would highly recommend using this company for roofing.
I could not be happier with the service and end result from Mann roofing. I had four different quotes initially. Jeremy was the only one that was thorough enough and got the measurements of each pitch right and what they needed material wise. I knew he was the right person for the job because it was evident he knew what he was talking about. He also cared about the aesthetic and helped guide us to a color we love. I really cannot recommend him enough.
I had Mann Roofing do a complete tear off and replacment of a 3 layer, damaged roof, with removal of 3 skylights that had been leaking for years. Jeremy (owner) and Jason (project manager) were very courteous and professional, and along with their crew, took what could have been a very stressful experience and eased my mind during the process. Even with the extra work involved with replacing damaged decking and supporting damaged joists, the final cost came in very close to the initial quote. I highly recommend them and plan on calling them for any additional work I need done around my house. Thank you
I had eight contractors to give me en estimate on replacing my roof. But, I had to go with Jeremy because he was the most honest person I spoke with and he is the owner of Mann. He did a great job explaining the whole process to me and gave me very good price. He is very knowledgeable and a guy of his word. Beside, Miguel and the whole crew they did amazing job on the project they were very detailed and organized. They had to replace 75 sheets of plywood and replace four skylights. Basically my roof been leaking for very long time and I just bought the house a month ago. Jeremy was very helpful regarding my situation and I will never forget his help. I will definitely recommend him to anybody for any job beside roofing. The whole crew did amazing job. Big thanks to all of you, my family and I appreciate it.
